Certainly the CBI will indeed stick to their plan whatever it may actually be....good, not so good or bad. The gurus don't know jack, their contacts are each other. Funny you mention this, something I have considered often. Supposedly Frank is "known" in Iraq by the citizens through his "connections". With that said, 90% of Frank's claims have never been in print, because it is made up nonsense. If nothing good comes from the opening of their budget, the citizens may come knocking at his door. 🤣

I just read the bank story Frank shared. It is certainly a little far fetched, but I guess maybe plausible. I believe the bank story more than the garbage Frank has spewed from his mouth over the years, which isn't saying much.

Why not just use the NSCN's that are claimed to have been printed & to date no evidence.
