Correct however now 10 years later after Shabibi’s plan was derailed by Maliki, Iraq is in far better shape to RV at a much higher rate today then what the plan was 10 years ago!!! They are producing Atleast twice as many barrels of oil Per Day now then back then and the price of oil is also close to double!! So I fully believe the plan was around $1.17 per dollar so now let’s just call it $2.34 per dollar and call it a day!!! lol

They cannot join the WTO at their current program rate either so something must already have been decided on with regards to their currency!

Sorry screwball you are 100% incorrect in your statement! It doesn’t matter how many people buy or sell outside of Iraq because this has zero bearing on what Iraq has to cover for an RV or RI… Iraq only has to cover what’s in country as far as value goes, none of what we hold of their currency outside of Iraq will ever go back to Iraq!
