Hi Dinarians, I have been wondering who the buyers are at the Dinar auctions, and more importantly, what is the purpose of their buying. Are they (the buyers) simply brokering it in the secondary market to whomever wants to buy from them or are they actually holding on to it hoping for an increase in value? Thx fish7days

I am relatively new to the forum but have been reading a number of resources for a while. This seems to be a respectful and objective environment, which I really appreciate !! There seems to be a couple of schools of thought on dropping zeros. I guess ultimately I am looking for opinions on whether the zeros will be dropped from the actual notes, meaning 25K becomes 25 or will it be dropped from the rate, meaning 0.00083 become 0.83, or maybe both? I have the same question as Rugbylaird19. If one of the advanced/senior members could answer with a possible outcome to both zero deletion scenarios it would be very much appreciated !! It would seem that they are already reducing the amount of large bills in circulation in Iraq. Thx!!
