Like embassies, such residences are considered inviolable and, in most cases, extraterritorial. The 47% is Romney's synopsis, not all conservatives. Romney is running for president. He characterized the 47% as one people; one people that he can't reach or help. But now his tune has changed - again - so he's now for all people.
