  1. You're such a baby, I commented on your comment to me. What a kitty cat! Ambassadors residing outside of the chancery retain special protection from the host country's security forces and the ambassadorial residences enjoy the same rights as missions. Like embassies, such residences are considered inviolable and, in most cases, extraterritorial. It is distinguished from personal jurisdiction in the sense that extraterritoriality operates to the prejudice of local jurisdiction.
  2. Your mind is completely politically and prejudicially biased which continually produces ignorant comments oppose to rational. Other countries do not have authority in the U.S. and vice versa.
  3. Your ranting about the US government is useless and irrelevant to what happened in Libya. The U.S. has no authority in Libya; we only have an Embassy there just as other countries have Embassy's in the U.S. [utilize that high I.Q.] Stevens needed the protection of Libya's police. The sorrow here is the lost of Ambassador Stevens and 3 other Americans and the pain of their families. Libya is making an effort to cleanup the mess and take control of their country.
  4. I honestly ponder if the polls were reversed, and favored Mr. Romney, would this conservative crowd have the same responses TODAY! Hell No! Furthermore, Romney has jacked this campaign. He didn't have a choice in an effort to revive some sort of run. So many republicans have denounced Romney's silly comments and some cases denounced Romney.
  5. 50,000 + bolstering of fire and police departments. Thanks Umb.
  6. Democratic officials did not have an estimate for how many veterans would be hired as a result of the legislation. Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., said much would depend upon the number of applicants. She noted that more than 720,000 veterans are unemployed across the nation, including 220,000 veterans who have served since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. She said putting veterans back to work was the cost of war. (AP) WASHINGTON - Senate Republicans blocked legislation Wednesday that would have established a $1 billion jobs program putting veterans back to work tending to the country's federal lands and bolstering local police and fire departments. Totally AGREE! You really must slow down. What's spinning? This a Senate vote, not the entire congress. Senate Party Divisions 51 Democrats 47 Republicans 2 Independents Vote 58-40
  7. Are you really that gullible? Yes, I know many of you really are. And you guys call liberals all of those terrible names. You continue to fall for anything and everything but you don't change daily like Romney.
  8. Have you heard all 49 minutes? And you're right on your comment. The rest of the tape maybe more damaging.
  9. Novel idea. (novelty items) - Notice all of the Obama threads are coming Fast and Furious now. This is a campaigning site now, not discussions.
  10. The 47% is Romney's synopsis, not all conservatives. Romney is running for president. He characterized the 47% as one people; one people that he can't reach or help. But now his tune has changed - again - so he's now for all people. Nevermind his 49 minute speech to the elite about the 47%, his regards about Israel and ME, attempt to take advantage of a hostile situation as it arrives and the many other things - off the cuff.
  11. Are you calling her a liar? Ask TexasGranny the circumstances in whether taxes are paid or not. Some people have to pay federal income taxes on their Social Security benefits. This usually happens only if you have other substantial income (such as wages, self-employment, interest, dividends and other taxable income that must be reported on your tax return) in addition to your benefits. No one pays federal income tax on more than 85 percent of his or her Social Security benefits based on Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rules.
  12. No one can argue with that Blondie121. Some people don't realize their blessings or the blessings/tribulations of others. You explained your situation quite well. You're NOT a victim of the system; just as Romney take advantage of legal tax havens, you're operating in what the system has provided. BTW: As far as we know Romney didn't always pay taxes. God Bless
  13. I don't appreciate being called a liar. You call BS all you like and that's your opinion. Local or federal is NOT my point. Open your freaking mind and don't pose as an idiot would. Redistributing or sharing wealth pays for the things we can't purchase alone; comes in the form of taxes.
  14. Redistributive equality is simply taxes; schools, roads, fire trucks, police, clean water.........................................
  15. Haven't you seen it all now? - 49 minutes right! Lot of political heads are voicing their discontent. Ouch!
  16. Redistributive change is a legal theory of economic justice in the context of U.S. law that promotes the recognition of poverty as a classification, like race, ethnicity, gender, and religion, that should likewise draw extra scrutiny from the courts in matters pertaining to civil rights. This isn't a new situation; Obama was slammed on it in 2008.
  17. Yes, what he said was TRUE to his heart. Mitt originally responded to the first snippet and he laughingly stated, I paraphrase, "I wish they would play the whole thing". He needed to know how much was recorded in order to prepare for the media. As the whole 49 minutes unfolded, there is much more he have to contend with throughout the debates and the rest of the election.
  18. That video is DEVASTATING! More and more is released. This might be the best time for an Independent to run! Mitt said on November 6th, after the election, everything will immediately get better without him doing a thing, without making any changes! WOW - if it's not the policies in place it's just arguing throughout the congress. Mitt admitted back in January that the economy was turning around. He seemed to have talked through the entire dinner.
