  2. I believe you are confusing physical dinars, with digital electronic dinars in a Warka account. A physical dinar note, i.e., 25,000 dinar note will be replaced with a 25 dinar note after the removal of the three zeroes. With the digital currency held in a Warka account you only have a total amount in your account. There is nothing in a Warka [digital] Bank account to reflect that you have various denominations, i.e., that you have a total of 25,000 dinar notes, or that you have a total of 50,000 dinar notes etc., your Warka [digital] bank account only reflect a total number of individual dinars, there are no zeros to be removed, there are only a total of individual dinars in the account.
  3. The only zeros to be removed are from the physical notes, or the exchange rate against another currency. For example, the IQD is currently pegged to the USD. If the RV were to occur [Jan 5, 2017] today, and the three zeros in front of the dinar ... 1 USD = .00086931 IQD were to be removed ... 1 USD = .86931 IQD one USD would be worth less than a IQD. You would need $1.15 to purchase 1.00 IQD ... 1/.86931 = 1.1503376 or 1.15

  5. ifrd@warka-bank-iq.com Email the bank at this email.. address it to Mohammad K Issa, he's the guy who handles these issues, send the same email every day from the same email address consistently until you get a response, make sure you send it on week days because they don't look at them on Friday and Saturday, their weekend, they trash them. Hope you get the satisfaction you need.
  6. Has anyone noticed that there was, as of Dec 29, 2016, an interest payment of .0125% made to Warka Bank account holders. I normally wouldn't expect such a payment until Jan 1, 2017. If this is in fact our interest payment, then our annual rate has dropped to .025%

So glad you were able to get back in to your account, keep the instructions close at hand because this problem is ongoing and it seems to happen regularly but not so regularly that we remember how we solved it the previous time. It helps when we have solutions close at hand. Happy new year to you , let's hope 2017 brings us the RV we've been waiting for!🎉🍷

We've had difficulties on occasion with gaining access to our account, and correspondence with the bank isn't exactly top notch, but we just keep sending emails every day to Mohammed Issa at ifrd@warka-bank-iq.com be consistent in sending the email from the same email address each time Make sure you put your account number on your email. it usually takes a week for a response but we do eventually get our problems resolved. Five years is a long time, it may just be a simple thing, when you go to warka login , first click the terms and conditions box. Then it takes you to the next page where you put your account number in... then enter the code shown, click continue, then it's your password section. At this point if you don't get in, notice the message you're getting and convey this in your email to the bank...it's very frustrating but Keep trying, and don't forget to keep looking in your junk folder for the response because ours have showed up there many times. I hope this helps you because i know how frustrating it can be.
  9. This is a call to all Warka Account holders, with respect to our tax exposure, and the options available to us. We need to have a general discussion and reflect our respect concern because, I know many of you out there have legitimate concerns that are not being specifically addressed.
  10. I've asked Adam things in the past about Warka but he won't have anything to do with it... As far as your problem with getting into your account, just keep sending emails, every day, be respectful, but te them how concerned you are.. It happens to us at least once a year, like I said, we just keep sending emails until we get a response, there is no form to be sent, you just need to change your password every three months, also always check your junk mail because that's where we found our response.

  12. Warka is back, server issues are resolved. We have access to our account, and interest payment is verified.
  13. We are experiencing the same thing. Just waiting for Warka to resolve these issues. I do know that a friend of ours did review their account prior to the server issue, and they did receive their interest.
  14. to my knowledge, it is not possible to withdraw any money's from Warka bank at the moment, they only accept incoming wires.
  15. Yes, we have made a number of wire transfers in 2014, the last one was in June 2014 with no difficulty, Commerce bank Germany is the intermediary bank being used by Warka
  16. At present CommezBank Germany is the intermediary for incoming transfers to Warka... What other intermediary banks can we use other than Commerzebank? My beneficiary bank does not utilize Commerzbank
  17. Warka used to ask for an authorization letter, allowing them to take a fee yearly, but they stopped doing that, it's been two years since they asked us for a letter. we have no problem getting into our account.
  18. Hi Adam, can you tell me , 1. Is Warka still under some restrictions? And if so ,what restrictions? 2. Do you think they will allow outgoing transfers after the RV? 3. Can you tell me why they don't respond to emails? I would appreciate your opinion on this, thank you.
  19. Thank you Goldie, so they won't let me register a beneficiary bank because they aren't allowing withdrawals ? I don't want to withdraw any money now, and I don't want a Canadian bank as beneficiary, I was trying to set up a beneficiary bank to have it done before the RV, that way it's done and I can transfer money when I want to. It's frustrating when Warka doesn't respond
  20. just go to Warka bank for investment and finance website and click on online banking and follow the prompts . the first page you have to check the box at the bottom and continue, next page put in client id, next page your password and you're in I'm having an issue with registering my beneficiary bank, it isn't happening, I sent numerous emails but I'm not getting anywhere, they're not responding, that concerns me

  22. I've tried to register my beneficiary bank with Warka a few times now but when I go back to check, there's no trace of any attempts on my part to do so. I've tried to send a note to the bank via my account but I'm not getting any reply, and I've sent emails to a number of departments, but again I'm not getting any reply, it's so frustrating when they won't correspond with me. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance
