Wow..a holding pattern "till the end of January"....not much time to go....the majority of the members here have been holding their Dinars for years...I understand you gotta do what you gotta do...look no one wants to be "locked out of the country", which I feel is the only way we won't benefit from this speculation....and if you truly intend to sell....I suggest that you do so this month, prior to year-end....so at least you'll be able take the tax loss this year and not have to wait another year. I agree with Keep, Maliki is our man...he represents the people....& I believe he understands the implications a Lop/RD would have at this time...Shabibi means well but his current plan simply is just an easy way out....the people will go nuts...this is a new era for this country....they need the peoples support at least in the earlier stages.....that's why they should RV first to gain the trust of the people and then screw them later with the Lop/RD.

For the longest time, there are those who have stated (i.e. LOPSTERS) that a LOP/RD is no different than a reverse stock split......do you guys know of any successful reverse stock split that actually benefited the shareholders (i.e. investors/speculators/Iraqi citzens) or the entitiy itself (i.e. Iraq)?????????? And please note that your opinions are good enough for me....I'm not demanding that you provide me with proof (i.e.Mike101)..............

Now to your requests, please see below: 1) A link? Just go to the CBI website 2) A third party spreadsheet or something at a minimum to support my assertions??? The CBI spent over six digits (US$) for an independent audit to tell me & others what we need to know.....I'm sure you don't expect me to spend that type of $$$ to re-hash garbage??? 3) Based on the CBI records along with all their inconsistent articles and statements, yes I have a hard time believing them........which perhaps is the same reason why the GOI is having a hard time with the dropping of the zeros (RD/LOP)......perhaps they also feel that the CBI is incompetent to give advice.

Read the past audited financials....it's no different then all their recent articiles...no integrity...and there is a reason why they've been "audited by a couple of different firms"

Respect you all...but many times you guys refer to the CBI website....have you ever seen or analyzed their audited financial statements????? what a joke!!!!....not to get to technical but ...year after year reputable international CPA firms have issued qualified opions with many scope limitations.....to me .....means you can not trust anything they say.
