Bumper I wish I could thank you more than once, I was reading through this post and thinking everything you just stated. If you think the mods are "abusing" their powers I would like to ask you to try and put yourself in our positions for just a moment before you come unglued on us. Remember this takes many hours out of our personal lives and we don't get paid for it, and no, grief doesn't count as payment. If you don't like things, walk away and come back later. Thats the great thing about this chat room. its always changing in subjects, eventually you might find on that you like. Better yet lets just RV and just maybe you all will be happy! P.S. if a mod is telling you to back off, do it! You may not like it but at least you will still there to get the info that comes in. P.S.S After what I heard about in chat tonight, many should be ashamed of themselves!

Being released from ch7 and the first RV I think will go hand and hand, but not 100% sure on that one. If they come out first with a low RV I wouldn't be surprised to see a time limit and a second RV to meet the GCC requirement my .02 thats worth a penny

My .02 worth on the posible rv rate. All day long I have sat in chat listening to people come in and out spouting off rumors of $3.86 .04 cheaper than KWD. first of all the rate 1.00 KWD = 3.48675 USD . amazing how easy it was to debunk with one click of the mouse. IMO and only my opinion, I think we should be looking for a rv anywhere between .10 - the rate of the Euro. Don't get me wrong I would love a $2+ RV but I don't see it happening. First of all Shabibi is a economical genuis, and is going to what is best for Iraq and no one else. I have tried to fight off the notion that anything less than $2 is a joke to Iraq and would embarrass them. Here is why I disagree, why would they RV so we could cash in the 20+ trillion dinars back in when they can just as easily rv at let say .50 and force a time limit to cash in? After lets say 60days they have two choices, a second rv or allow the currency to float and climb rather quickly IMO. Its simple math, recieve 70-80% of currency back in at .50 and float. The least amount of currency out, the stronger the currency. Lets hear your opinions.

Ok here it is, Adam has been hesitant stipulating such "rules" seeing some of you enjoy this type of conversation to see you through the lows of intel coming in. However, alot depends on the atmosphere of the room at any given time and changes constantly. Two nights ago the members just about held a sermon in the room, and no one complained to the moderators so it was aloud to continue. Last night one member was asked nicely to let the religion conversation be, which in the past has worked out fine. Unfortunitly this member chose to fight it tooth and nail after several times being asked to let it go, this member was kicked from chat (not banned) and conitinued until being kicked six times before letting it go. I know most of you enjoy the services provided to us by this site, but many of you seem to think its your way or your going to argue. Please remember we have 10k + members and on any given day 50% of you may agree on one thing or another. It's our job as moderators to try and keep the chat room running as smoothly as possible and try to keep as many of you happy as we possible can, and that is NOT A easy job IMO. Remember this is a privately owned and operated site here that is here for your conveniance no matter whether you agree with everything or not, its still Free. If you want to talk about religion, sports , politics etc there are a ton of specific sites available to you, please use one of those (steps off soap box)
