Along with the rate, when it does change how long will it be before the news hits in the United States?

EasyRider Just heard from a friend and she didn't give me a name. That's why I posted the question to see if that was true or just another rumor floating around. I have been reading alot of the posts and wanted to see if anyone on here knew anything about it. I didn't know where to research the statement she made. I apologize if this question was not appropriate.

I am very new so please be patient - I have heard the Iraq dinar rate is already $3.21 in Iran. Could someone please post comment on this???
