How is that even possible ? there are 24 Trillion Dinars in circulation , and it it hit 1 to 1 they the Iraq government would have to come up with 24 Trillion US Dollars to repay back, if it hit close 3 they would owe 72 Trillion ? this is mathematically impossible ?

I have traveled to Vietnam for the past 10 years, and there is growth , but its slow and I mean slow, Vietnam is about 30 years behind the rest of the world, too many people with an underdeveloped infrastructure, I mean we bombed the crap out of those little rice patties.
