Im not following your logic? So you are using the .10 RV to say that in lieu of 468,000 dinar they would make 46,800 a year? That is a flawed application of facts. The .10 would be used on the exchange rate. The USD is the peg to the conversion, they would make an equal amount of dinar per year of what amount would be equal to 4000.00 USD. So their RV would be "revenue neutral"... where have we heard this? in their press releases. The "Value" or "Strength" of the Dinar would rise against foreign currency, and they would need less "nominal" value to purchase the goods and services. They would still live off of 4,000 USD worth of income. DG
