TOTALLY CONFUSED! Can't bring myself to understand how a R/D will benefit Iraq. Drop the zeros on notes and exchange rate, nothing changes. Who would want a new paper note worth 1/10th of a penny? Then we get into revaluing "cokes and bread"....... I give up. I appreciate everyone's input and opinion and try to reason what will work best for the country in question. Can't imagine Iraqi's decision makers give people invested as we are a second thought. Lets put it all in one big bag,shake it up and call it as it falls out until we know for sure.
