Long ago we were able to get driving infractions dismissed in Washington State, until one person decided it was her right to ignore every traffic law, blow through stops and lights, and do 60 in school zones. She finally wound up doing jail time, and in the process the municipal courts decided to ignore the claims by declaring the individuals had no standing. That's the key. Only an "officer" of the court has potential standing in a court, and then that depends on which court, state, etc. We are in fact all "beneficiaries" of the US "Trust", and as such, (being as we are all declared property of the US Gov since 1932), all out debt liability should be paid by Uncle Sam. This is why they confiscated all the gold and silver back then, since we were now property we then had no reason to hold personal wealth.
