I live 5 minutes away from this particular Capital One branch (and I am have been a customer for over a year). I went in today to ask some questions. She told me she does sell and buy dinar. I asked her what today's rates were to buy/sell dinar. She checked her screen and said "Hmm, thats odd. It looks like as of yesterday, we have put a hold on all dinar sales. We will still buy your dinar". She went on to say she found this strange because she just handle a 2 million dinar transaction last Friday. Here are the rates she gave me: Capital One will buy my dinar for: $.000675 ($675 per million dinar) Capital One WAS selling dinar for $.0010572 ($1,057 per million dinar) Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!
