Did he say "the speed" of the Iraqis to eliminate Daesh? I don't know if I would consider 3 years as "speed". I do hope he gives special thanks to the Peshmerga and the Coalition also. If Trump wasn't President, and we still had the previous guy, they would be fighting Daesh for a few more years and who knows if they would have won the battle? (I tried to word that as nicely as I could.)
