So before we go into Ray's information, let's reflect back to what we now know. The banks are now talking about the strategy of helping their customers with the new IQD. Contractors have been paid at the new rate. 13303 has been given to protect their assets. 50% of the budget has been released. <-- this is huge Now I have to admit publicly that I was wrong. A couple months ago I stated I had a drop dead date of May 10th. I said this, I stated this and I now can admit I was wrong or incorrect regarding this time line. Now that this date has passed, I will explain my statement. The 2011 budget was built around a rate (the revaluation) that you are all looking for. Our team felt that once it was published officially it would be set in stone. So guess what, they released part of it and not officially published it in the Gazette. My very first error and not accurate prediction. I admit I miss this one and those who are keeping tabs, you get a point. Now here is what Ray has to say: Steve, Here is the latest update that I have. I was talking to my one guy who is from the Kirkuk area of Iraq. He is the one you and I met a few months ago. At that time he told both of us that we were crazy and that Iraq will never revalue their dinar. Well now he has completely changed his tune. He now says that he is 99.9% sure the revalue is going to happen. He said that the CBI has everything done and in place and is ready to go. People around Kirkuk are all talking about the revalue that is about to take place. He is really excited now to see this happen. I just talked to another guy today that I know who just got back from Basra yesterday. He said his family and friends and everyone he talked to there are saying the same thing. They know it is going to revalue but are not sure when. They have been told soon. This guy brought back 250,000 dinar to cash in when it happens. He is also one that has been very skeptical about the revalue too. Now he is a believer also. My main contact is still in India. He won’t be back for another week or so. To all XX members, We need to have a heart to heart talk before we go any further. You all know we operate on Christian principles and ethics. If you have a problem with these morals then you need to leave now and not return. If you want the facts (to the very best of our ability) and straight forward knowledge regarding your investment, then continue on with me and our team. I have spent thousands of hours reading news articles, thousands of dollars running this site trying to keep you members up to date without the drama and hype that everyone else does. God answered my prayers and separated Dan (zzzzzzzzz) from this forum. Wells Fargo had a meeting in San Fransisco (happens to be their corporate headquarters) a few days ago. One of our mods (Naplesnurse) had talked to a branch manager two weeks ago. This person just happened to be in my area (Chandler, Gilbert). I spoke to this branch manager (do not even think about calling) about the SF meeting. He admitted that the bank is working on a strategic plan (specific to the Iraqi Dinar) for their customers. Let me warn you one more time, if you all start calling Wells Fargo branches in my state, I will personally shut down this site in seconds. You all have two choices, believe me or challenge me. First of all, this news is very exciting to hear. If you recall, the Iraq parliament passed the strategic framework agreement last week. Now what this does is allow the current DFI funds to be transferred to the United States treasury accounts thus protecting the DFI funds only so far. This is not an extension of the initial UN resolution. This request was made by Maliki to the United States and was granted. This additional six weeks gives Iraq protection for all remaining assets that are held in other countries until they are transferred to the United States accounts. It is estimated about on trillion or more in value. Under this extension, Iraq can have full access to the funds currently held now without any restrictions and it is fully protected. Folks, this is perhaps the final check box we have been looking for. This is huge and great news. This will not delay the pending revaluation, but rather move it forward. Again, I am very happy to see this happen. I am sure this will get posted now to all of the other forums, changed a bit and they now will claim it also as positive. Whatever it takes is fine with me. Good morning. I will make this quick as I am getting ready to find a church here in Houston to go to this morning. I have had several close friends tell me that they got their contracts paid in the new rate and will be active now or in the next day or two. I think we need to let this surface now. I have been out of the loop now for this past week but have been updated by phone on several occasions. I personally feel the revaluation is done but now needs to surface when Iraq is ready. I can share more in detail when I return. It is very good news on what I know. You will be very happy. Perhaps as soon as the ministers are announced and seated in the next day or two you will see then new value. I will not be able to post or reply today but will when I return tomorrow. To all XX Members, I made a post Friday in which I considered my hardest post, You have reached your destination ahead, you guidance system has now concluded. This is now the next hardest post that it is over! My wife and I are going out of town to a graduation all next week. You probably are asking how can I leave at a time like this? It is very simple, my new family comes first. I would give up every Dinar I own to keep what I have within my arms. Bash me if you will, but money is meaningless unless you have someone (including God) to share it with. This does not mean I am gone and out of your lives as that is impossible. You are in our lives daily, but rather I will limit my time here on this forum and enjoy the blessings of the investment combined with my new family. I truly hope you will do the same. So please do not ask every day "What does SteveI think about this?" or "Where is SteveI?", or "Why has SteveI left us?". The simple answer is that this is over. Many have asked, will I reach post 7000? If my wife has anything to do with this, NO! Not like other sites in which I will not name, but my private life has become public. I have shared my photos (including wife and puppy), my real name, and every thing about my life with you members. As I share my feelings about this life changing event, I have to acknowledge each and every mod (family member) of this site including but not limited to JoeP, Ray, Kevin, and every mod past and present. All I ask is that you quit trying to change or wish something you do not have control of. The only thing you do have control of is your emotions, feelings and destiny. What finally woke me up was when I was sitting across the table from my new daughter (and her husband) last night at dinner and finally realized how blessed I really was. I have shared a drop dead date in which we trust to believe is real. This date is very important to the Iraqi people. I cannot share who, what, when and why at this moment in time. So far I and our team still believe it is real and on target. What I will share is look at the positive news coming out of Iraq that is in print. Rumors are just that, but words in print are factual. I need to be vague here, but our (the PD team) goal is not to be first but not wrong. Look at our track record. If one calls that it is done every week, at some point you will be spot on and first. This is not a competition for us, but others have made it into an Olympic Event and wanting a Gold Metal. Is this what this investment is about? I do not believe so. This historic event is not about us the investor but rather a country that is being returned to prosperity without dictatorship. This historic event will not be repeated in my life time, your children's life time, or several generations beyond that. I truly believe this will be in future history books for your children to read about that people do have a say, and most of all, their life's do have a value on this earth and in eternal life. These people will be proud and strong for generations to come and perhaps help change this world. I will not get to see it, but our future generations will. I am proud to have been a part of history in the making. Yes, we will all benefit from this, but if you put this in real perspective, I am not all that proud because of the loss of valuable lives that it cost the families that had to endure this. My heart bleeds profoundly for the families that can not and will not ever get to share a hug, a kiss, a conversation with their loved ones. This has been very emotional for myself and my wife, thus our 100% dedication to charity from this day forward. Yes I invested in this country like you all did, but at the cost of human lives, and therefore strengthens my efforts to Gods needed work for decades to come. I have said enough. To all our great XX members, this is additional information we can share. We are working on more later today or tomorrow. As promised, I have a new update from our sources. We are working very hard to provide you with the best information we can. Here is the information from Ray. Steve, Just got off the phone with my contact and have the following info to share. Parliament selected three people to be picked for the Interior and Defense ministry positions. The Defense position has to be coordinated with Allawi by Maliki. Maliki can pick someone for the Interior position from these three. The Security position has already been picked and everyone is happy with this candidate. The two positions, Interior & Defense, are to be presented to Parliament between the 12th & 14th of April. The Security position will be presented right after that. Also, concerning the rumors about Malikis party trying to kick him out of office. There are two different Daiwa parties over there. One was Malikis party and the other was someone else. The other party did not win any parliament seats during the election and thus have no power. They are the ones trying to kick Maliki out. They have no authority at all and are just blowing in the wind. So, no worries about Maliki getting kicked out. Also, my contact in Iraq made a statement saying the dinar has to revalue 20-25 days before the Arab summit. Not sure where he got his info from but am following up on it. Good evening everyone. This has been a very interesting weekend regarding the lack of news. The lack of news is not a bad thing, nor should you read more into it than necessary. I am aware and knowledgeable of several upcoming events in which I need to confirm further before disclosing them as facts to you guys on this forum. Many members have emailed me about a call that another team did with Ali from Dinar Trade. First of all let me start by saying, why in the world they did this especially after the rather disappointing call we had with him, is beyond me. Secondly, just because he is a Dinar Dealer does not mean he is the Dinar God of knowledge and information. What exactly do you expect him to say or tell you? Even if he does know a date or rate, not in a million years would he divulge that information. Quite frankly I think he is under a lot stress with so many requests and he is trying very hard to accommodate everyone because he is an outstanding business man. Thirdly, our contacts in Iraq have friends and contacts in the Parliament, CBI, Ministry of Finance and within the second largest bank in Iraq, so let me just say right now, I and a few of our leadership team in the know of important activities that most are not. I am in no way saying we are better than anyone else, but rather very connected and in the know. Our goal and commitment to you members is to continue our ethics by trying very hard not to be wrong and predict a date or rate. Ray will be contacting his people again tonight with respect to additional updates, so in the mean time you all need to sit back, take a deep breath and relax. I am also waiting to hear back from my partner regarding our contracts that are still pending to my knowledge. I want all of you to pay very close attention to my next statement, bash me if you will, but I am getting very tired of members beating themselves up over nothing. If you come out bashing me, I or the mods will show you to the door and lock it with no second chances. Please remember, I have several business, a new marriage and family life now and very involved in church activities but still find the time to help guide you through this very complex journey. Ray told me today that his very strong contact in Iraq (that is in the know) said Iraq wants to increase their oil production but cannot do so because there current current value will not support it. This is huge and news you will only hear from us. Ray's contact is also in the meetings with Citigroup in Baghdad and their are some very interesting things happening behind the scenes that I can share a little later, but they are very positive. Ray's contact also said that if Maliki did not present the final ministers on the 12th, then the parliament will pick them and call the new government complete. Found out that Citicorp officials are still in Baghdad having meetings with various people. They are talking about investing heavily into Iraq by building new banks, investing in apartment buildings, commercial buildings and industrial buildings. They are also going to join Warka Bank and Trade Bank and work with them. Citicorp people have been in Baghdad working on the banking system also. They have worked on it to modernize the system. They said they are almost done. The banks in Iraq will be able to do wire transfers, they will have updated websites, etc. Also, a new stock exchange building is going to be opened in either May or June. It is four stories tall and will have a brand new stock ticker screen and new computers and everything. It is close to the old stock exchange building. Also, Chinese oil execs and Japanese oil execs are in southern Iraq signing oil contracts in the Nasaria(spelling) area. My contact also told me that you cannot go across the borders with more than $10 million dinar. Said Jordanians have been coming across and trying to buy as much Iraqi dinar as they can. My contact at the Citigroup meeting asked one of the people there about the revaluation. He was told that it is happening soon but the guy did not have a rate or date. He only said that dinar would be going up. He also told him about the new dinar being stored in the green zone and also that new coins had been minted also. To all members, Ray and I always said that once we have an official (seated and announced) government, then you would see an revaluation of the Iraqi currency thereafter. How long thereafter is yet to be seen, however, it will not take forever. Many are asking my opinion on a date, well I will give you two windows to watch for. April 1st or shortly thereafter, or on or around April 7th. Again, I remind you that these are windows that are reasonable. Will it happen during these times, we shall just wait and see. We found out that oil contracts are being resigned the other day all over the Iraqi region. There were a few additional arguments in parliament yesterday as well. What the disagreement was over is still unknown, but the new minister were asked to leave during the argument. Not only do I have a large vested interested in this country with their currency, I have a large vested interest with a partner in Iraq. I have every reason to stay on track of this because I feel we are at the end. JoeP, Ray and myself know many things not yet expressed on this forum for various reasons. The major reason is that we all like to verify it from several sources before we put into print for you to read and share. There are many of you that think our information is worthless and never comes true, but that is just not the case. Our sources are real, honest and very factual with solid information that many can never come close to. Remember, we are not like the other sites, our standards are so high that no one can come even close to what we do. After speaking to Joe yesterday, we are going to attempt a call this evening. Greetings to all members. This is positive news. Sorry for the delays. 1. The Parliament did vote and approve two of the minister positions today; the Minister of Interior and the Minister of Defense. 2. The Minister of Planning was also voted on and approved. 3. Maliki will be presenting the last minister, the Minister of Security to Parliament in a day or two for a vote. 4. He also told me that the HCL (Oil and Gas Law they call it) is still being studied. Not sure when Parliament will vote on it. <-- Not sure if this is necessary for the RV. 5. The Prime Minister of Turkey is there and he is signing a lot of contracts, mostly oil and other things. 6. The Prime Minister of Turkey is going to southern Iraq tomorrow to sign some contracts and to Kurdistan the next day to sign contracts too. 7. I found this to be great news because he also said that there are a lot of foreigners coming into Baghdad daily. He said the road from the airport is bumper to bumper traffic. He said it is like being at the United Nations and seeing all the different nationalities. 8. I also found this positive, some restaurants are now open 24 hours a day now and some gas stations too. He said that there are several new and large restaurants being built too. He stated that things are getting better there daily. He said every day there is something new and different. 9. Terrorist bombings have declined tremendously and the people are feeling more and more secure now. 10. There are more new cars on the road now. Use to there was like 1984 model cars. Now there are a lot of 2010 and 2011 cars on the road and not as many older cars anymore. 11. Things are looking very positive for Iraq now and I think the RV is even closer than ever now. DON'T SHOOT THE MESSENGER...JUST PASSING INFO ALONG Greetings to all members. I just got a very long text and call from my partner in Iraq a little bit ago. Here are several huge events that was confirmed to me. 1. The IMF will be making a second distribution to the government of Iraq of $450 million next week. The last distribution was a year ago. The IMF required that the first distribution be used for certain things and then they would get the second distribution. 2. The Ministry of Finance has called all his general managers from all over Iraq to come to Baghdad for a very special meeting Sunday. Wonder what that could be about? Just let me guess. 3. Also, the minister of finance was at the US Embassy today for a meeting but I am not sure of the exact content from the meetings. 4. I as my partner if the Visa cards could be used outside of Iraq. He said that people that fled Iraq during the war and went to Jordan can use their Visa cards at certain Jordanian banks to receive their semi-monthly payments from the government. These aren’t like our Visa cards per say. This is not a lot but what I have is not only huge, but powerful. Guys, number two was the news I have been waiting for all day. Steve ********************************************************* Where we are today: • 2011 Budget done and approved by parliament. • Dr. Shabibi announced a new rate of $3.10 to $3.20 during the ceremony several weeks ago. • Dr. Shabibi unveiled the new lower dominations of currency that will be replacing the existing currency with the three zeros. • 13 US treasury members still in Iraq working at the Ministry of Finance. • 13 US treasury members will remain in Iraq until the revaluation has been completed and cashing out is done. • Maliki announced on Iraqi TV that the Dinar will change in value to over $3.00. • All citizens by now know that their currency will change to over $3.00. • Now England has finance staff working alongside US treasury staff at the MOF. • MOF is waiting on the final go ahead and assured Parliament that it can have the “new money” in all necessary locations within 24-48 hours from activation. • Iraq is revaluating their currency on Israel TV which was huge news. • The 3 remaining positions have been picked and waiting to be announced. • HCL law which is called the “oil and gas law” has been approved and now waiting for signatures to go into effect. • Citizens in northern Iraq – Kirkuk area are getting restless. • Every one of our contacts are now thinks within days and not weeks. • Several days ago Parliament asked Maliki to return in 2 days to answer questions. He did to that and it went into very late night hours. • I personal feel that next week would be a great window of opportunity but very confident that it will have taken place before the end of the month or the demonstrations will get totally out of control and chaos will break out and perhaps destroy all progress to date.

Post 1: Thank you so much for the kind Valentines Day Reply. My wife and I have spent a wonderful weekend walking and enjoying family and friends. I will share what I know from contacts and conversations over the past few days. Well the bleachers and podium was in fact real and used this weekend. I just refused to share so I would not get bashed. Rays contacts called us this weekend and has updated us that in fact the ceremony did take place, Shabibbi was in fact there, he did in fact announce a rate to the leaders at this event and time lines. I do in fact know that the rate was announced to the world. Today (last night) our contacts said that the Iraq TV stations was telling everyone that Iraq will be joining the WTO in March, and there were many positive things ahead. Rays contacts assured us that the end is near regarding the value of the currency. We were also told that a long meeting into the night between the Minister of Finance and a representative of the US treasury had a very long meeting. I also feel that this is important. They other day everyone seemed to dispute the existence of the "new money" but rather all unit and say that the "new money" is there is huge. At the ceremony the "new money" was introduced and it looked similar to the existing larger bills but without the three zeros. I am very hesitant to share much more as I will be bashed to death. My wife and I have no reason to lie or lead you to some false facts, but rather tell you what we hear and you as adults can determine facts from fiction. 'Allawi quits candidacy for NCSP head' Sat Dec 11, 2010 6:50AM Former Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi has reportedly withdrawn his name as candidate for the post of chairman of the newly created National Council for Strategic Policy (NCSP). Iraqi Lawmaker Ali Tamim, a member of Sadr group, confirmed that Allawi had withdrawn his name as candidate for the post. "Allawi asked executive authorities for the National Council for Strategic Policy (NCSP,) but the demand is against the Constitution because the council is a consultative body and not executive body," Tamim said. This is while many of Iraqi lawmakers are opposed to giving further authority to the council, saying the move may disrupt the activities of other executive bodies. In November, Iraq's main factions reached an agreement based on the incumbent Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki remaining in office for another term and the Kurdish Alliance's President Jalal Talabani retaining the presidency. Allawi of Iraqiya Alliance would also be a part of the government as head of the NCSP, according to the deal. Iraqi lawmakers, moreover, elected Osama al-Nujaifi as the country's parliament speaker. The post is to be held by Iraqiya. Iraqiya managed to win most seats in the March 7 parliamentary elections, but failed to secure the absolute majority needed for a mandate. In an interview with Britain's Times newspaper on Tuesday Allawi also threatened to quit a power-sharing government. "Power-sharing is not happening," Allawi said.
