IMO, personaly, I dont think it is that bad.. at least not as this notice is intended to make you believe. This is political B/S 101.... The U. S. knows that if it says this, that it will hurt investing in Iraq.. This is not what the U. s. wants, but it put's presure on Iraq because Iraq want to be stable to atract investers.
