I think Minister of Finance is hoping for $90 dollars a barrel; to have a safety cushion, to be guarantee of the budgeted amounts, for paying the bills... and so they will make more income than outgo. And something about Iraq going thru OPEC, will increase the value of the crude another $7 more! Right now I just checked. Price of crude/barrel is holding at = $82 dollars / barrel Sooooooooooo, with being a part of OPEC, then the oil will be closer to $90 dollars. GO RV!
