I realize that all of this is in God's timing and only He knows the actual date and actual rate. I have heard everyone's opinions and read every ounce of confusing news that have been coming out lately, of how much the value will be. But truth is .86 to 5.27--no one knows but for the leaders of Iraq. The only thing left to do is pray. My question is, why would they be dollars? I mean, these smart cards are in their own country, not the US. So Why would they load their own cards with US dollars, when their "dollar", the dinar will be revaluing soon?? just a thought.

I for one find this confusing. If it WERE true, then from what I read in the article, we should be able to cash in today?? Because the article was stated last night, and it mentioned cash in tomorrow, Thursday. Sorry. I wish it were true..

The truth is we don't know until it happens. We all have hundreds of questions, but no one is truly right or positive on them. Either way, if they do announce the cabinet Thursday, keep in mind when it is later tonight for us, that is their Thursday during the day. So if they go ahead and announce the cabinet, then we should wake up tomorrow morning with several articles confirming it. I hope that helps!
