Well that's when Iraqi gets control of there oil fields so logically it make sense

No matter what anyone guru says these things must happen before an RV or unless the Iraqi Government says other wise. 1.Government must be FULLY seated (CAN SOMEONE FIND OUT THESE POSITIONS) 2.Nothing is happening before March 1st because that's when the IMF new rates go in effect 3. If by chance the IQD is not on the list, don't get discouraged. 4. Possible RV dates could be after the ARAB SUMMIT in late March or in mid June once Iraqi get control of there oil fields. 5. If there its a low RV .30-1.00, mid RV 1.00-1.90, or high RV 2.20-4.86 pay your taxes don't try and cheat the government because the IRS will find you and take all your money.

After reading the Ministry of Plannings Financial of Monetary Sector and comparing the numbers of past IQD rates I think we maybe in for a long RV 2003 1,936 IQD 2004 1,453 IQD 2005 1,472 IQD 2006 1,475 IQD 2007 1,267 IQD 2008 1,205 IQD 2009 1,169 IQD 2010 1,170 IQD 2011 1,168 IQD 2012 ? 2013 ? 2014 ? Based on the rates back from 2003 and now it looks like a slow RV ahead I don't have the statistic skill to determine the rates for the next 3 years, but maybe someone here does. Please don't base this off resources because Iraqi probably trades oil for gold that's why there holding up the 3.22 RV because gold is gold no matter how low your currency is.

At 5/3th bank you can still buy 250,000 IQD for 223USD. and since I buy them every other week at the same price there is no supply and demand on the Iraqi Dinar it is very abundant . My question is why would you pay 310 USD for 250,000 IQD when you can just got to a bank that trades foreign currency and save about 50 bucks. I heard him on one of those conference calls and he talks like one of those "Nigerian Scammers" because when he said "god is able" "god is watching" and "god is willing" that's what "Nigerian Scammers" say in every email they send if you gotten them before you know this. He says this everytime someone questions him. after TVI, Buzzark Mobile, Randy Matthews, and Nigerian money scams I'm not risking cashing out with them. I rather just go to the bank and pay there spread because at least the bank can't screw you out of your money, but a trader easy can.

The price at the bank hasn't changed, Only thing this traders are doing is paying bank prices and ripping everyone off. There the only ones that have got rich of the IQD so far and the reserve thing is making them even more money.
