Mark I looked into Wyoming as a State with no income tax to move my LLC to. Here is a statement from one of the Wyoming State websites [i]LLC Footnotes: Here are a couple of other points about an LLC. If you are looking for state tax savings, an LLC passes the tax through to the members. So, if the member(s) are in a state where you pay state taxes, you still pay state taxes on the profits that are passed through the LLC.[/i] So since I live in MN this says I will still pay MN State Tax on the profits so where is the benefit of moving to Wyoming, Nevada, Etc... I have an LLC with the distinction of it being for investment, I live in MN, I have a few million Dinars. 1. What is the the process or benefit of using the LLC to minimize taxes? 2. I am one of those that you explained as being on the fence and have come off. This is why, I just received a $15000.00 bonus from the company I work for, needless to say I was feeling really good. I received the check yesterday and after Fed, State, FICA and medicare taxes were removed the amount was $8756.50. The Gov't took over 41 % of my bonus, I worked hard for the company and the company was rewarding my effort. Now the Gov't takes 41% for doing nothing and my purchasing power is greatly reduced, also I am not feeling really good anymore I have one comment, It looks to me like we are one step closer to socialism If the is the Democrat way then as the red queen would say OFF WITH THIER HEADS!!!

I have tried both chrome and mozilla firefox. Plus internet explorer. Also three different computers, Home, Laptop and work with no success I get the invalid user name or password error after the message "Authenticating via HTTP" All looks well up to that point with Java loaded Is there something else like a switch that needs to be altered?

I have tried to gain access to the chatroom I am a vip member and have logged in as such I get an error as invalid user name or password what am I doing wrong?
