  1. Maybe you can sell some, to get by, but keep at least a little. If you can, that is. Good luck to ya!
  2. Regardless of half full or half empty, half is half. Your statement makes no sense. If you choose the negative path that is your prerogative, but try to keep it from spilling out. Misery makes for poor company.
  3. Thanks JBrookes. Good to her from you, Adam and Sonny1.
  4. I'm with you on that. Sound good..... BUT. You bet that the government is not going to lose out on the taxes collected on this. Either way, we'll end up with more than what we put in, and any day you can add a profit in your ledger, is a good day.
  5. GDI IS MLM!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS! AS FOR THE POSTER OF THIS CRAP.... BUILD YOUR DOWNLINE SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS IS AN INVESTMENT FORUM AND NOT FOR YOU TO ADVERTISE YOUR SO CALLED BUSINESS.
  6. Hi all, I don't know if this has any significance whatsoever, but it's the first time in years that I have been unable to get to the BOA site for an extended period. I've done the majority of my banking online for the past 5 years and only once before had trouble getting to the site and that only lasted a couple of hours. Today I've been unable to pull the site up since 3pm and it is now 9:30. Has anyone else had the same experience? Last time I also got a message screen that BOA was performing maintainance, this time...... NOTHING! Page just won't pull up.
  7. I was just looking over new posts at DD and found this. I like the sound of that, so I'll be having sweet dreams tonight. October 30th, 2010 11:27 pm · Posted in CHATS / POSTS TIDBIT: This gentleman is a very good friend of mine, and I happen to know who his sources are. Should I see ONE negative comment about him, you will be officially blacklisted from my site. Go ahead… try me! I am at the end of my patience once again with those who are trying to destroy the spirit of collaboration and sharing on this site. His post is not meant to “pump” in ANY WAY. He is simply excited about what he was told. – DD JUNE 6TH 1944 THE ALLIED EXPEDITIONARY FORCE LAUNCHED THE BIGGEST MILITARY OPERATION IN HISTORY. ON THIS COMING WEDNESDAY THE LARGEST FINANCIAL OPERATION SINCE THE MARSHALL PLAN IN EUROPE. AND THE McARTHUR PLAN IN JAPAN IN WORLD WAR 2 WILL OCCUR. IT WILL INVOLVE A MID-EAST COUNTRY (GUESS WHICH ONE) THAT WILL ALWAY’S BE REMEMBERED IN OUR MIND’S AS OUR D-DAY (LIBERATION DAY FINANCIALLY). THIS INTEL IS FROM THE HIGHEST SOURCE POSSIBLE. THE DATE AND RATE ARE NOW SET IN STONE. PAST MISTAKES AND MIS-UNDERSTANDING’S HAVE NOW BEEN ALL IRONED OUT. LET’S GIVE PRAISE AND THANK’S FOR THE FORTH-COMING MIRACLE.
  8. I don't know how it works in other states when you sell copper for scrap, but in Arizona you have to have a contractors license, so not any old druggie can turn copper into cash.
  9. This is totally unacceptable. Who ever instigated this should be shot for treason. They only look at the side of of the "poor immigration victims". What about the Ranchers all along the border that get their horses stolen so the drug cartel can use them for transport across the border? Or other homes close to the border that get broken in to and where innocent AMERICANS lose their lives? WHO IS PROTECTING THEIR RIGHTS TO LIVE SAFE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE? I live in Arizona and I am ashamed to say that even locals oppose 1070. They need to pull their ignorant heads out of their A...s and get with the program. We are fairly close to the border and outside of any city limits. We recently moved to a more populated area and feel a bit safer now, but we used to get illegals through our property all the time. It;s a scary feeling, because desperate people do desperate things. I am an immegrant myself, with legal rights and all, but I did it the right way and I would not feel discriminated against for one second if someone wanted to see my green card. As long as you are a productive, honest person and have nothing to hide there is nothing to worry about. The US has been my home for the past 17 years and I feel very much a part of this country, whether I was born here or not and I will respect the flag and stand behind it as if I were a native. Enough said.... I could go on and on that's how upset I get when I see these things. If one chooses to live in this country they need to respect the flag, the laws and be productive. If they can't do that, they need to go back home and stop sucking the system to the bone and then go boo-hooing because they feel discriminated against. JMHO GOD BLESS THE USA!!!!!
  10. Thank you for your encouraging words. I agree with you 100%. IT HAS TO HAPPEN!!!! We started investing 18 months ago and have not nearly put in the time these "Oldtimers" have, but we are staying positive. Compared to the return it was not a big investment, and you're absolutely right about being able to back out if one is fed up with this investment. And those are going to be the people that will regret ever having let doubt sneak into their minds. We will surely hang on till the end. The money we invested is just not part of our budget anymore, so we don't miss it. May everyones wildest dreams come true by the end of the year. Keep the faith, and we will be rewarded.
  11. I'm from Europe and the last couple of times I went home it was for the funeral of my dad and then my grandfather. In 16+ years I've only been able to go home a total of 4 times. I am planning to take the whole family home for the Holidays and NOT tell anyone we are coming.......Then show up on the doorstep on Christmas Eve. That is my dream, and I hope it comes true this year.
  12. Can you share the info you got. If there is something to it, I'd rather face reality now than 2 months from now. Thanks
  13. Just fyi. As someone who has had more than my share of overdraft fees, I was recently told by a coworker that I can opt out of the overdraft protection. So when I use my debit card now, it will no longer clear and charge me a fee, but rather decline when my balance doesn't cover the amount. At least that way I know I need to check my account. I frequently forget to balance my check book, and while I realise that it's my own fault, I for one rather face a moment of embarressment than hundreds in fees.
  14. Thanks again for the info you so willingly share with all of us. There have been a few lights coming on since you started posting. Thanks for putting it in terms that we all can wrap our mind around. Even people that don't have a Masters in Finance.
