I have a warka Mastercard. I would like to withdraw cash from a local ATM. It worked once and now several months later no can do. I have emailed the bank and in February I was told system is down. I have emailed lately, 3 times to be exact and I have received no response. Bottem line is I cannot use my Mastercard in a local ATM.

Has it worked in the past? And if you have never been able to get it to work, have you activated the card via Warka's required process? -
