The Iraqi dinar has been a topic of coversation for some folks for over 6 1/2 years that I know of. I am invested in it. It has to do something, because of all the riches in the country of Iraq, (oil, minerals, the agricultural possibilities. gold,) not to mention almost 30 million people, the countries of the world see untold possibilities. (Follow the money) The country will have a value to their currency that will be best for the people of Iraq. There are a lot of known and unknown factors which determine the rate of exchange. The dinar will end up with an exchange rate to the dollar. There are deadlines that have to be met, there are procedures that have to be followed. Getting people that two years ago were killing each other just because of where they were born, to get along and agree on policies and procedures is no easy task. It takes time.All indications point to the RV coming soon. We are closer today than we were yesterday. The Rv will come in its own due time.

In the Warka and Iraqi Banking section read Warka Account from dp4ler, Mr Issa is out till 10 Oct 2010.

I take it to mean that the Ministry of Finance can pay two companies 10% of money due them without further allocations for their maintenance. The payment in Iraqi dinar to the conversion price could be the $1.17usd that the contract was possibly written with.

I worked overseas for a long time and you could possibly go to the military JAG office for the notorization. (no info on isx)
