The CBI is under the gun now to pull the trigger... Maliki will inadvertantly take credit for that move...and be a hero before the Election (when RV hits within 72-84 hours) (OR else this entire election is already RIGGED- and then we shall see the RV "ace in the hole" being played out to calm the POST election rumblings/violence/misc rioting to have the new Government coming out smelling like a rose to the nation (RV- after if rigged!) EXACTLY my point too, 'earlygaudy'; I am guessing this '000' trade in for US, is because of what our Govt, China, UN, etc have worked out with IRAQ to allow it to? (get out of Chapt 7, have massive debt repayments forgiven, etc.) We have a huge WAR bill to pay for, and for our costly assistance of their rebuild, etc.... I am guessing that the OLD Dinar we possess on this side of the pond, gets the million dollar add-on remaining intact for this reasoning??? That's the ONLY reason I can see for why we (much hated by those people over there) would get this MAJOR benefit when their own people (who lost major wealth and everything after the toppling of Suddam Hussein) would only get an RV amount less the '000'???????

(vs. the in-country/citizens OLD Dinar 25K, 10K notes only being worth an equivalent $25.00, $10.00 value) If what you are stating is because OUR FEDERAL RESERVER, U.S. Govt, France, China, and even the United Nations have invested TIME, MONEY, EFFORT and have to pay for a costly, lengthy WAR as well as an assisted REBUILD of the IRAQI country/people.... THAT WE ARE ENTITLED TO THIS "000" pay-back remaining intact (which could be why IRAQ may get out from under their Chapter 7, etc) Then this MAKES SENSE TO ME! It really comes down to WHO WE HAVE ON OUR SIDE in this investment...we are going to be able to 'cash in very well' MAINLY BECAUSE OF WHAT OUR GOVT (created by the Bush regime to pay for the war, etc) and the WORLD COMMUNITY has been working out with IRAQ..... Am I correct in this assumption ('cause otherwise, I do not see the logic in us benefitting from a separate 'trade in of OLD Dinar' vs. the in-country LOP for their own citizens)?????

CNN just reported at approx 8:05am 2-19-2010 that Pres Obama announced the re-naming of our operations in Iraq and at the end quickly mentioned "..a rate increase is expected in Sept;.." Anyone else hear this quick, simple, strange announcement???? (According to other data online, supposedly the name and all operational steps to go into ON Sept 1st)

You may want to consider 'portioning out' your cash out by setting up (1) some sort of "TRUST" to a charity of your choice, with you getting payouts each month, (2) a onetime lump sum payment LIFE INSURANCE ESTATE MAXIMIZER POLICY (1-3 Mil- can earn up to 33-45% interest), a ROTH-IRA or some kind of tax deferred option on the portion you may want to save until your past 59 1/2 years of age to withdraw,.....ALL OF WHICH SHELTER/HIDE TAXABLE INCOME TO AVOID PAYING TAX ON ANY OF THESE AMOUNTS.... With the remaining portion (pay off ALL debt), leave whatever amount(s) you may need for the upcoming taxable year and put the rest in several CD's across many banks (100-250K per bank account (that way FDIC insures these) and you earn over a 6 mo-1 yr period- an additional 6-11%).... Just a thought!

Our family purchases all of our Iraqi Dinar from 5/3 Bank in Cincinnati. It generally takes a week or so to pick it up. They will as well exchange it back to US currency with a fee.
