I received my warka bank card in august. it came with a letter (non-english) a pin number, e-mail and a phone number. Does anyone know if the card has to be activated? I tried emailing the bank but did not get a response. Did anyone translate the letter into english?

The new capital gains taxes associated with the health care bill are based upon income earned in 2013. So if we RV before then, our taxes will be based upon the current tax guidelines.
