Actually, I think something did happen. The explanation I got was that the exchange rate was incorrect, so they'll try again on 4/24

That jibes with what my contact told me this morning; he told me last week to look for something on 4/21. This morning he said the rate went up, but it wasn't correct, so it went back down, and will be corrected by 4/24... time will tell...

Just a rumor, but one from a fairly trusted source, is that the RV will be on April 21, at around $2.25. Here's hoping they know what they're talking about...

Why can't we just hold the dinars for a year, and then pay long term capital gains on them (20% after 2010).
