I’d be willing to bet that the important laws don’t get passed until late this year, if then...Jubouri is a joke.... as is parliament

Don't they teach those things at the schools and universities in Iraq though??? The university of Baghdad has highly regarded programs.... the most popular is the masters degree known as the MFS ( Masters of Financial Sociopathism)..... some of the core areas to obtain this degree include setting up shell companies, forgery, document preparation, impersonation, money laundering and smuggling, psychology of deceit, intimidation and coercion..... other areas of study include fake Id’s, identity theft, science of fraud, mechanics of the con, etc etc.

China forgave about 7 billion worth of Iraqi debt about 10 years ago thinking it would improve relations with Baghdad. Maybe that’s why they are making deals with the Kurds now??!!.....Russia forgave almost 13 billion $ in 2008......
