  1. A would-be saboteur arrested today at the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland made the bizarre claim that he was from the future. Eloi Cole, a strangely dressed young man, said that he had travelled back in time to prevent the LHC from destroying the world. The LHC successfully collided particles at record force earlier this week, a milestone Mr Cole was attempting to disrupt by stopping supplies of Mountain Dew to the experiment's vending machines. He also claimed responsibility for the infamous baguette sabotage in November last year. Mr Cole was seized by Swiss police after CERN security guards spotted him rooting around in bins. He explained that he was looking for fuel for his 'time machine power unit', a device that resembled a kitchen blender. Police said Mr Cole, who was wearing a bow tie and rather too much tweed for his age, would not reveal his country of origin. "Countries do not exist where I am from. The discovery of the Higgs boson led to limitless power, the elimination of poverty and Kit-Kats for everyone. It is a communist chocolate hellhole and I'm here to stop it ever happening." This isn't the first time time-travel has been blamed for mishaps at the LHC. Last year, the Japanese physicist Masao Ninomiya and Danish string-theory pioneer Holger Bech Nielsen put forward the hypothesis that the Higgs boson was so "abhorrent" that it somehow caused a ripple in time that prevented its own discovery. Professor Brian Cox, a former CERN physicist and full-time rock'n'roll TV scientist, was sympathetic to Mr Cole. "Bless him, he sounds harmless enough. At least he didn't mention bloody black holes." Mr Cole was taken to a secure mental health facility in Geneva but later disappeared from his cell. Police are baffled, but not that bothered. http://crave.cnet.co.uk/gadgets/0,39029552,49305387,00.htm

  3. No i havent actually been out west in a long time, not since i visited arizona years ago. I currently reside in Ohio. yes, im sure plans for the highway have probably changed by now, but the North American Union is still a very real thing. Even though things like these get little to no attention in the media, i think its important to keep ours eyes open for conspicuous or under-the-table agreements that our government tries to slip past us. thanks for the enlightening response, hopefully we can discuss this more in chat sometime.
  4. Adam does not trust Ali for anything but from several posts from frank that I've read, I feel more like Adam may have overlooked serious investment opportunities that Ali may have to offer...

  8. The Fed creates more money out of thin air every day. IMO inflation is somewhat of a hidden tax on the people. At the end of the day, every dollar in circulation is loaned to somebody, by somebody and must be paid back with interest. Protect your money post RV ppl. I'm buying gold for sure, or having it held in another foreign currency say...yen? BTW, i remember hearing something alot time ago, when i first bought dinar, that the government is purposely destroying the Dollar with this RV to promote investment in the amero. who knows if thats true...
  9. I've seen my own mailman drive right into the bricks surrounding my mailbox, completely ruining the whole flower box, and then drive away as if nothing ever happened.
  10. Always good to hear what frank at ktfm thinks. thanks for the post
  11. Can someone please explain to me why smaller notes like the 1k note are better than the 25k notes? I heard that after the rv, banks will be hesitant to accept the larger notes rather than the small. Every time that I've been offered large bills or small bills when ordering from my bank, I've asked for large only for the sake of not having as much paper to keep track of. Any info would be helpful and i appreciate your time.
