Their question is when to launch. TASC did its job and could flourish. However, they market did not follow suit as it should have. They are afraid to launcg ZAIN and it leads fora  while and busts like TASC due to the ISX not being able to carry the whole country. I would be surprised to see ZAIN launch without REAL support in the Iraqi economy. I do not think they want another stock to demonstrate that the people are ready and the PTB are not.
