    I read that back in March 1991, they were saying Kuwaitt wasnt going to change its low war-torn rate, for 6 months, a year or longer. THEN that same month, they reinstate. We Hope for the same thing here 🙏

    Very interesting.... That was Adam's personal belief back then, regarding the HCL. Not sure if he feels the same today.... Doesn't matter to me either way, who is right or wrong. I just want this to be done with 🙏

    The one thing I remember of what Adam said (and this was like 12+ years ago), is that once the HCL is activated, it is then we will see the RI / RV....

    Probably true. There are entities behind the scenes, in my opinion that dont want this to happen , or are blocking it, slowing it. We have to Pray these demonic, nefarious groups are defeated. Again, its just my opinion, but im sure some think the same....
