As a recently newly hired civilian working for Uncle Sam, I really can't argue with anything that is in the video.

I would however point out that in the last 10 years we've seen a HUGE increase in just one agency.....TSA. Do you remember how travel was so much easier prior to 2001? Now when you arrive you face an army of TSA agents.

Another thing, is the bad economy is having a large effect on the Fed workforce, the highest/most senior employees were expected to retire in masses, but due to the bad economny, they aren't. So what takes most of us 12 years to get to our highest step, these high breadwinners aren't leaving and continue to rank in the high salaries.

Not saying they don't deserve it, just giving taxpayers a glimpse of what is actually happening.
