texaswa i think what is happening and correct me if i am wrong. people who were getting pd 940,000iqd will now get 940iqd. now if it rvs at 1.00 if they paid you 940,000iqd after it is 1.00 then they gave you 940,000 actual dollars and spendable as 940,000 dollars and that is not going to happen. before their 940,000 spent like 940. now 940 will spend like 940 and hopefully with that your 1million or whateveryou have will spend like 1milllio

They cannot make things work if the public salaries are out of whack...would kill the budget! What they are doing, is adjusting the salaries to be the same once the RV occurs. No L O P just keeping the budget and country on par. However, once the RV... the example of 940iqd will spend much easier b/c it will be stronger agains the items being imported. It should stretch many times further.
