How many dinars are in the us private sector???

Have a question about the dinar that is being sold everyday. I don't see a problem if it rvs dinars and with the money that the oil Iraq is now producing I can Only see goOd coming from a ri or RV. Even for the Iraqi people, I heard alot it will be a ratio of 1:1bcause it will cause less confusin/ we will see

Well how could they sustain paying for something of that nature when they rely almost 100% on the oil revenues to run the country? Although I dont see a RV as being paid for by Iraq completely....
