Shabibi report on resources???

On September 7th, Shabibi was going to report on the findings of Iraqs report on their resources. Has anyone heard if that speech or report happened?

I bring this up because a friend of mine called and passed along a "rumor" about what he was told. From what he said, keep in mind, this is allegedly 4 links from the finance ministers mouth as well as Shabibis mouth: shabibi said that Iraq has the worlds largest olive grove, a huge supply of sulfur (probably the fuel for all these rumors), and a large deposit of precious minerals. (I figured we'd have heard something by now about how Shabibi can justify $12+ per dinar like he once said, or was rumored to have said)

The finance minister said (according to this rumor): iraqs currency would revalue within the week (I heard this Monday) and that Iraqs currency would be the strongest in the world!!

With these "Kuwait revalues at $4.12" rumors, that makes me think that our Dinar investment will pay out soon and at over $4.00.

Can anyone find Shabibi's report or any info that supports these rumors I was fed? I'd love to hear something concrete backing this up!!!!

No. There was something yesterday about his speech. It was someones notes they took of someone who supposedly was in the room when Shabibi gave his speech.

It was interesting, I think you can find it in Opinions.
