Interesting Q & A on election process with the banning of candidates. I have been wondering a lot about this process and what could or could not happen until I found this article.

Sounds like to me the citizens of Iraq could very well delay the election process, Rv now and could save that from happening is what I say. Who really knows what political party anyone belongs to, I mean there is no way to know. The fact is there is corruption everywhere, which could be why this Rv has not occured. If M wants to be elected, he needs an Rv now. The US needs this as well as the people of Iraq.
