Why wouldn't investors just turn their large notes in for smaller denoms and wait for the higher RV? Wouldn't that leave them in the same position as if they RV'd at a higher rate now? Will investors be able to turn their dinar in for smaller ones right away?

Many people have asked me to keep posting Medic and other's posts. As long as there is a demand for it, I'll keep posting it. You don't have to read it. I label all posts pretty clearly, so when you see the name "Medic" just pass it over.

My guess is they are now quoting low numbers so people will buy more dinars so they'll have a nice stash even at a low RV.
