Gorkat, I believe Iraq is forfeiting 5% of it's oil revenues to pay to Kuwait. Free money for Kuwait and they know they are going to make more money this way instead of sticking to the old agreements made after Iraq invaded Kuwait in the early '90s. Kuwait knows Iraq is going to turn out to be richer (in oil) than the Saudis. Smart move on Kuwaits part.
