So let me get this straight. If the gold purchases and currency restrictions are part of the Health Care Bill (SCOUNDRELS!), and a FEDERAL judge has (for the time being) ruled the bill unconstitutional, then we're okay for at least a little while, aren't we?

Mind you, that it wasn't just a PART of the bill that was ruled that way, the way the bill was written, it is NOT seperable, meaning that you can't declare bits of it legal or illegal, it's all or nothing.
