Cherysh
I read in my local newspaper last week that they are closing down highway 405 in L.A. in july. L.A. Folks.....i feel really bad for you Lol...GAhhhhh, I am sorry. But I don't miss LA. I am driving out the weekend of the 26th, and am dreading the traffic even in from Vegas on the 15. My parents live right at 405 and Roscoe Blvd. Guess I have to go take 210 to Sierra Hwy, then over to Balboa and back south to my dads....Ggaahhhh again...Lmao....don't ask me how I remember all the tricks to the roads there..lol
Mustmoto
As long as they don't close 405 in Seattle, I'm good The traffic might back up all the way to seattle next week when they close it. Edited June 16, 2011 by Mustmoto
fastarnie
As long as they don't close 405 in Seattle, I'm good I'm with you, that would put a serious strain on my already compounded stress.
Harley61
Yes it would be stressful. One can always go the back roads however, in and around Seattle everyone knows the back roads because they work on the freeways all the time. It does suck and if it gets to Seattle we will have to deal with yet another change. Good luck.

The closing will not impact you. The closing is south of the 101 freeway. l Roscoe Blvd off ramp is north of the closing by about 7 or 8 miles, so you are safe from the closing.
