Interesting Changes on Forex

Forex screen at Trading Charts is currently showing (as of 8:05 their time) IQD at 1135.8000 and VND at 20,123.000

The "Ask" is within the normal range, but I haven't seen this much fluctuation (to the upside) in quite a while.

Oh yeah that is interesting. Interesting would be .26. You are looking at normal fluctuations.

It appears to me to be due to normal fuctuations in the USD.

I see that rate a lot on this site.

The market in Australia opens at 5pm est, Tokyo at 8pm est, Germany at 3 am est, London at 4 am est...............lets see if anything happens then.

I think a .26 would be a little more than "interesting". At this point, a 975.0000 would look like an RV to me.

Folks remember these are auctions. The bid starts low and usually ends up somewhere around the ask price before the close of the auction. I wouldn't be concentrating on the auction prices to much as they mean nothing till the auction is complete. What we are looking for is a major change in rate. When you see it, you will know it.
