rumor has it we are the second highest owner of the iqd in the world, over 7 trillion from what I've read. When Bush said this war would pay for itself, could he have had this in mind? After the RV we could pay off China,then use the dinar to buy Iraq's oil from them, and overnight become a very rich country again, owing no one.
