I know we all are very anxious for this to happen, Iraq is rebuilding, tension and expectations are high, no hand knows what the other hand is doing and when they sort through all the "oops - would of, could of, should of's, we'll be there. Is there a systematic plan in place to follow and check off each item as completed? In our mind, we are seeing one thing after another that is instigating a delay but in reality, in the Iraqi mind, it appears to be business as usual. We don't have all the quantitative information needed to satisfy us, we don't completely understand the complexity of this government, one source says this, and another says that, but rarely are the combined sources agreeing. That is why it is called speculating because we all are acquiring bits and pieces of the data presented and trying to guess what is next,, but IMO, when it happens, it will happen, not because we want it so, but because all the conditions have been aligned. Keep positive and be patient, it will happen before you know it.

I CAN'T SEE THE UN RELEASING IRAQ FROM CHAP VII UNTIL THEY SIGN THE HCL (BELIEVE IT WAS ONE OF THE BENCH MARKS NEEDED) AND THEY RV... THEN THEY WILL BE RELEASED... JMO oH YEA.... AND JUNE IS THE NEXT GUESTIMATE..... (LET THE BASHING BEGIN...)
