Iraq ~ What Are We Looking For? This Weekend ...

We still need to see following:

1. The government of Iraq formed

2. The Budget Passed

3. Iraq must settle differences with Kuwait (which, if you remember Kuwait said that would hapen as soon as the government is formed, link below)

4. Iraq needs to pass the HCL so that more contracts will be honored
