What if Iraq does the 3 zero lop?

Just wondering what others have thought on this subject. What if Iraq lops the 3 zeros on the current exchange rate and there is no increase in the value of the dinar. Essentially we would just exchange for lower denoms. 25,000 dinar note becomes 25. If something like this happens would you still wait for a potential increase in value?

They will be even poorer and worse off. The only option viable to bring their economy back is to RV........... then the work begins all over Iraq.
