IMO, it's done. "M" has his ducks all in a row and "S" has given him the number we all are waiting for. We could possibly see something before the 15th. Again, IMO no later than then. If "M" doesn't announce the GOI before the UNSC meeting, "S" may have had enough and announce the RV or RI himself. He needs Chapter VII lifted to move Iraq into the International market. "S" will not wait much longer. The Smart Cards will or have been loaded with 250 Dinar and that will not change. The Iraqi people need the money yesterday and of all in this government, "S" has the most passion for his people. These comments and statements are IMO.
