I'll be happy to start a rumor, the RV will only happen when certain people from a certain organiztion come to a certain agreement which will then adversly affect the certain exchange rate of the certain currency that we would like to exchange our currency for.

Then once it all happens griffins and dragons will fly down from behind mars and be like YOU HAVE BEEN PUNKED! we do exist!
