Eddinar
so they bugun negotiations in 2004 and they will be a member before the end of 2011. This could just mean any time between now and the end of 2011. With everything coming out now I still believe it is close. It's kind of like when you hear "you'll get up to 10,000 for your trade in" when you hear the commercials to go buy a new car. You show up with your pinto and they give you $80 for it..... I wouldn't read too much into "by the end of 2011"
dinarinmi
"Miller says that joining the WTO could increase poverty rates in Iraq since the organization imposed on Member States to abolish all kinds of subsidies for goods and services provided to citizens." I wonder if an RV would help alleviate the need for the subsidies? If so, you'd think an RV would be a catalyst for inclusion.
