I love Brazil and its People ( visited twice so far)......Learned some Portuguese too....

I felt sad and sorry when  this sinister guy Jair Bolsonaro became  President in 2019.....

 

He's an  outspoken  fascist  ( in a Country which has already had a long period of  a fascist military dictatorship in the past.......)

 

And not only a fascist but  ( even worse) a stupid, ignorant fascist...(Ex) President of the 2nd biggest country in the Americas mind you........

 

Past year (2022) his mandate expired and he got  defeated by fmr. President Lula ...I'm personally happy about that...He was seated Jan 1, 2023...At last

 

Bolsonaro even made the day of the beginning of the dictatorship (which started in the 60's) a  celebration day....Unbelievable.....

 

He got back to Brazil ( after 3 months in the States) and (if justice works)  he'll have to stand a few trials ( more than one) for a few wrongs of his....We'll see....

 

Last news...He got banned from participating in presidential elections for the next 8 years
