Shafaq News / Basra Heavy and Medium crude prices rose on Wednesday, despite the decline in global oil prices.

 

Basra Heavy crude prices rose 94 cents to reach $81.81, and Basra Medium crude prices rose 94 cents to reach $85.21.

 

Global oil prices fell, as a stronger dollar curbed investors' appetite while traders took some money off the table after record oil prices rose to multi-month highs in each of the past two sessions.
