Here's an article of Dinarian interests...

Projects Can Only Be Released After Parliament Votes On Budget Tables.

Treat as a rumor.  Not verified.  Your opine.

TNT via CandyKisses:                   Parliamentary Finance: Funds For 2024 Projects Can Only Be Released After Parliament Votes On Budget Tables.

ARTICLE:  Finance Committee confirmed  that it is not possible to disburse funds for new projects within the year 2024 until after Parliament votes on the current year's budget tables.

Committee member Jamal Kojar told Shafaq News Agency that "the 2023 budget continues to spend, while the 2024 budget needs tables to be voted on in the House of Representatives."

LUIGI's OPINE:

Everything is not done.

Iraq sovereignty will not bring us the RV-RI.

The Budget, the Economic Reform Laws & HCL are always getting approved only to be kicked back & voted on again & again with new amendments.

Something has to happen to get GOI to vote, approve & enact these critical laws before anything will happen with this RV-RI.  IMHO.
